Our business is family owned and with about 1 million years of experience Powersports and mailorder. What is mailorder, you ask? Well kids, back in the days before fancy 14.4k modems and such you'd get this paperback thing in your mailbox and you'd actually send in a paper check or money order and 6-8 weeks later - WALLA!
Our online business began in the Fall of 2008 and we've been going strong ever since! We're here to help you with all your Harley-Davidson (and Buell, too!) needs :)

When will my order ship?
Typically, orders placed before 8:30AM EST ship same day. Orders received after 8:30AM ship same or following business day.
If your item has run out of stock or is a special order or factory ship, it may take a few days before your order ships. If you are in a hurry, just let us know in the order comments when you need your order by and if we need to expedite your shipping method, we'll contact you prior to processing your order.
Can you e-mail me my tracking number?
Your order's tracking number will be automatically e-mailed to you after your order enters transit. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder in case your tracking email was misflagged by your email provider. If it has been 2 or more business days since your order was placed and you have not received your tracking email, please contact us as there may be an issue with your order.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Generally, orders ship out in 1-2 business days and are in transit from 2-4 business days. In certain circumstances an item may be delayed an additional 5-7 business days to arrive.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs/FPOs and US Territories?
YES! We utilize USPS Priority Mail in order to offer you the best price at the best speed for your deliveries! If you are purchasing a factory shipped or oversized item, we may need to utilize UPS and in that event if there are additional costs, we'll let you know via email prior to processing your order.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
YES! We utilize USPS Priority Mail International for orders leaving the USA. Shipping prices are subject to change and if the shopping cart does not accurately estimate your shipping charges during checkout, you may be contacted via e-mail for additional funds.
In the event you are purchasing an oversized item or wish to utilize UPS Worldwide, let us know and we'll let you know the shipping price difference prior to processing your order.
We currently accept PayPal ONLY as payment for non-US orders. All International orders must be paid via PayPal in US Funds by Verified PayPal Users. Orders will be shipped to the confirmed address on file with PayPal.
Customers outside of the USA are responsible for additional duties/fees imposed by their local customs agency. Unfortunately, we have no way of estimating these fees. We apologize as International Orders can not be marked as a gift on the customs form. Items are sent valued at the price paid.
