RETURN/EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Return Eligibility
Our typical return period is within 30 days to be returned or exchanged as long as items are in like-new, resellable condition with the tags on. Some exclusions may apply. Please read on for further details and you are always welcome to give us a ring at 616-896-8800 for more info!

How to Make a Return
Please ship your new, resellable item with tags on and a detailed note containing your:
  • Customer Name
  • Order Number or Record Number
  • E-mail address
  • Phone Number
  • Shipping Address
  • Request (ie. refund, different size*) to:

*Please be advised we will make every effort to fulfill exchange requests, however supplies of some styles are limited. Exchanges are typically shipped out within 3 - 5 business days of your return being received. We are unable to hold items for exchanges. If the item you are requesting is no longer available, you will be issued a refund for the returned item.

For best selection and fastest shipping of your new item, we advise you to place a new order for the desired item and send your original item back for a refund.


Refunds
Any refunds given will be issued in the same way order was paid. Refunds are typically processed within 10 days of return receipt. Please note it may take up to two billing cycles before a credit appears on your card statement.

Final Sale Merchandise
*NOTE* Due to safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of helmets. As helmet styles vary in size, we recommend visiting your local Harley-Davidson dealer for a fitting.

Other items that may not be returned include: Opened Software, Opened Parts or Bike Accessories, items that have been worn or washed, parts that appear to have been installed, Special Orders, used or as-is items, clearance merchandise or damaged items.

Defective Items
If you feel you have an item that may be defective and is eligible for possible replacement under it's Harley-Davidson Warranty, you may ship it to us with a copy of your original GRHarley Receipt and a note stating what is wrong with it so we may inspect it for possible defect. We may have to forward some items to Harley-Davidson's warranty offices for further inspection prior to completing the case. Please note employees of GRHarley.com are NEVER able to determine or advise if an item is defective via telephone or e-mail. All potentially defective items must be sent back for an inspection. Items determined to be non-defective will be returned to you at your own expense.
